RETURNS WITHIN THE UAE

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order and hope you love your new what you received. However if you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit, you can of course send it back to us within 14 days or purchase.

• Please contact returns@emiliaohrtmann.ae to start the return or exchange process.
  Please mention your name, order number and reason for returning in the email and wait for one of our returns service agents to contact you. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

• Please ensure that it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused and with all original labels and tags. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
• If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund.
• Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
• As we are a small company the return delivery costs have to be covered by you. Please make sure you have proof of delivery. (Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.)

• Once we received the unused item, please allow up to 10 days for us to process your return payment.

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

• If you have received your order and you are missing one of your items or have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team by emailing us on info@emiliaohrtmann.ae. Kindly quote your order number and provide us with the name of the missing/incorrect item, so that we can look into this for you and get the error amended as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES WITHIN THE UAE

Please note that all our products come in a relaxed fit. However if the item you ordered does not fit correctly and you want to exchange it into a different size, we are happy to assist you free of charge as long as we have the item in stock.

• Please contact exchange@emiliaohrtmann.ae to start the process of exchange.
• You will be asked to order the product in the correct size again from our website.
• We will pick up your unused item when delivering the new order in the correct size. We cover the costs of return.
• Please ensure that it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused and with all original labels and tags. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
• Once we received the unused item, please allow up to 10 days for us to process your return payment.
